We publish no tips and nothing here is a recommendation to bet.
Before you stake
- Set a budget before you start, and keep gambling money separate from money you need
- Decide your stake before you look at the odds, not after
- Never chase a loss. The next bet does not know about the last one
- Do not gamble to make money, to escape stress, or while upset or drinking
- Take regular breaks, and keep track of time and money spent

Blocking tools

Age and where you live
You must meet the legal gambling age where you are, 18 across the UK, Ireland and most of Europe, and 18 or 21 by state in the US.
