Terms of use

Last updated 26 August 2026

BiasedSheet sells football statistics, not winnings.

Nothing here is a tip, a prediction or a guarantee of profit.

A historical hit rate describes the past, not the probability of the next match.

You are 18 or over, you make your own betting decisions, and you stake only what you can afford to lose.

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and the operator of BiasedSheet, part of the Biased Tactics brand, and using the site means you accept them.

For anything at all, email [email protected].

2. Use of the service

BiasedSheet publishes football statistics, fixture data and betting odds history. You may use it to research matches and players for your own purposes.

Posting a screenshot or a figure on public social media is fine, and a credit back to BiasedSheet is appreciated.

You must not:

  • Scrape, crawl or bulk download any part of the site or its API
  • Share your access code with anyone outside your household
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the data, in whole or in part
  • Post our data into any paid group, tipping service or subscriber channel
  • Present our figures as your own product or data feed
  • Use the data to build or train a competing product, feed or model
  • Try to reach data or internal pages your access does not cover
  • Interfere with the service, or place unreasonable load on it

The line is money: free and public is fine, but anyone charging for access to our data is not.

We may withdraw access for a breach of these rules, without refund of any period already used.

Commercial use fee

Use our data commercially without a licence and you owe the licence fee you should have paid, backdated, at whichever of these is higher:

  • £10,000 for each year, or part year, the data was used
  • All revenue you earned while using it, including subscription income from any group the data was posted into

We also recover what it costs us to investigate and enforce, and this stands on top of losing access rather than instead of it.

This is what a commercial licence costs, not a penalty, and it reflects our own licence fees and lost sales.

Stop when we ask, tell us what you took, and we will normally settle for the licence fee alone.

If you want the data commercially, email [email protected] and we will quote you properly, which will cost you far less than the above.

3. Eligibility and where you live

You must meet the legal gambling age where you live, 18 across the UK, Ireland and most of Europe, and 18 or 21 by state in the United States.

If you have self excluded, through a national register or with an operator, do not use this service.

We are based in the United Kingdom and available worldwide, but we sell statistics rather than bets, so we hold no gambling licence anywhere.

Betting law differs by country and by state, so checking that your use is lawful where you are is your responsibility.

4. Accounts and access

Access is controlled by a code rather than an individual account, so keep your code private.

You are responsible for what happens under your access, so tell us if your code leaks and we will change it.

We may change or reissue codes at any time to protect the service.

A code gives access to the service as it exists at the time, and is not a licence to the underlying data.

5. Membership and payment

BiasedSheet is not sold on its own, and it is included with membership of the Biased Tactics group, Fancy A Shot.

Your membership is what grants access, so it is bought, renewed and cancelled there rather than here.

We take no payment on this site and collect no card details, so all billing questions go to Fancy A Shot.

We check that your membership is still active while you use the site, and access ends when the membership does.

6. Data and licensing

The football data on this site comes from three places.

  • Licensed match data. Raw match and odds data supplied under licence.
  • Our computed layer. Derived metrics, aggregates, substitution chains, identity resolutions and settlement records, built on top of that feed.
  • Our own match watching. We watch matches by hand and record what no feed carries: context, roles and set piece duties.

The second and third layers are built and maintained by us, and they are our property.

Our terminology follows public football event definitions, but the data is no single provider's branded dataset and must not be described as one.

Expected goals and expected assists are model outputs rather than observations, so they differ between models.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the data for your own non-commercial research.

It does not cover redistributing it, reselling it, publishing it as a dataset or building a competing product.

All rights not expressly granted stay with us and our providers.

Data delivered through this service may carry identifying markers unique to the access it was served under.

They do not affect the figures you read, and they let us trace redistributed data back to its source.

Do not try to detect, strip or alter them.

Where we find our data published or resold elsewhere, those markers tell us where it came from.

Coverage is uneven and we say so where it matters.

Some statistics are captured directly, some are derived, and some are not available at all.

Where a figure is missing we leave it blank rather than guess.

See the methodology and data dictionary for what each metric means and how fully it is captured.

7. Accuracy

We take care with the data, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or current.

Feeds go down, providers correct figures after the fact, and odds move between our capture and your screen.

The service is provided as is.

8. Liability

BiasedSheet is research, not advice.

We are not liable for any betting loss, or for any decision you make using this site.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. What we are not

We are not a bookmaker or a gambling operator, and we are not licensed as one.

We do not accept, place, settle or broker bets, and we hold no stakes or client money.

We run no competition, pool or lottery.

We are not a tipster either, so we sell no selections, post no slips and run no record for you to follow.

If tips are what you want, join Fancy A Shot instead, and do not resell anything here as tips.

10. Changes

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Where a change is significant and you hold a membership, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory protection where you live, and you may still bring a claim in your local courts.
